Congress Venue:

Lisbon Congress Centre, Praça das Indústrias 1, 1300-307 Lisbon, Portugal.

Language:

The congress will be primarily in English with 4 daily streams that will have simultaneous translation into Spanish and a dedicated Portuguese stream for Veterinary Nurses on the last day of the congress.

All streams and languages are noted in the program.

Dress Code:

During the entire Congress, the attire will be casual and informal.

Visas:

People from most countries in the Americas and Western Europe do not need a tourist visa to enter Portugal. We suggest you contact your local Portuguese Embassy to confirm whether you need a visa. It is the responsibility of the WSAVA 2023 participant to obtain a visa if required.

Liability and Insurance:

The Congress Secretariat and Organizers cannot accept liability for personal accidents or loss of or damage to private property of participants, either during or indirectly arising from the WSAVA/CVMA 2023. Congress Participants are advised to take out their own personal health and travel insurance for their trip.

Currency:

Euro.

Guest Attendance Policy:

All event activities (including educational sessions, meal functions, exhibition hall, etc.) are exclusively reserved for registered attendees. Non-registered guests (including children, family members, colleagues, etc.) are not allowed in any of the event areas. Badges provided at registration are required for entrance into all functions and will be strictly enforced.
